How do I reuse the travel size bottles?
1. Remove the inner plastic from the bottle.
2. Wash the bottle and inner plastic thoroughly with soap and water - use a small bottle brush (from Daiso or baby products section) to clean inner bottle.
2. Rinse thoroughly with water till all soapy residue has been completely rinsed off.
3. Place the bottle upside down to drain excess water - keep the bottle away from busy areas to avoid contamination.
4. Turn the bottle right side up to air dry - best to use hair dryer and blow dry the inner part of the bottle.
5. Use alcohol or alcohol wipe (unscented only), wipe the plastic and inner part of bottle (use a clean chopstick to do this). Let is air dry or blow dry with hair dryer.
6. When every part is dry, attach the inner plastic. Now your bottle is ready to be reused
P.lease ensure hands are clean while doing this.

How do Skin Consultations work?

Depending on the consultation chose, you will be sent a link to confirm your appointment and the necessary skin preparation before the consultation. Cancellation/Rescheduling is NOT allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. NO refunds allowed for Skin Consultations.
Up to 50% of the consultation fee can be used to offset your purchase during the Skin Consultation. This does not apply after the appointment.
New order discount does not apply to Skin Consultation orders either.

Ordering

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You can also view order status on your Account page. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once your order is fulfilled and on it’s way to you, we will send a second email, Shipment Confirmation with your shipment details. Please note: Products on our website are not available to purchase for commercial and/or resale purposes. If you’d like to discuss commercial arrangements, please email hello@sageandylang.com directly.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Please email us at hello@sageandylang.com if you’d like to cancel or modify your order. We usually process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accede to your request.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promo code per order.

Where do I input a promo code?

Promo codes are input at the Checkout page section.

Shipping

You will receive your order within 7 to 10 working days upon your order.

Local Shipping: Delivery fee of $5 is charged for orders under $50, FREE local delivery for orders above $50.

Standard Delivery (within 7-10 working days) $5 for orders $50 and under

Express Delivery (within 2-3 working days) $15

International Shipping: Delivery fee of $35 is charged for orders under $200, FREE international delivery for orders above $200. Standard Delivery (within 10-14 working days)

International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in your country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed is your responsibility.

In any case of failure to deliver (wrong address given), customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred when products are returned back to us.

Returns and Exchange

Can I exchange/refund my purchases?

30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. At Sage and Ylang, we are dedicated to providing a quality, minimalistic, and gentle microbiome-friendly approach to healthy skin. If for any reason you don’t feel satisfied with the product(s) you’re using, you may return the product(s) within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Sale items may be refunded if:

(a) the product was purchased within the last 30 days

(b) the product is in its original packaging

(c) you have the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and pack all orders to ensure they are shipped in good condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

Once an order has been received in good condition, any accidental breakage or damage that occurs after delivery is unfortunately outside what we’re able to replace or refund, as it is no longer within the supplier’s control.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that Gift Cards and Reward Points are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
